MET to design two new galleries at the Hong Kong Science Museum
We are excited to announce that MET has been appointed to design two new galleries at the Hong Kong Science Museum in Kowloon, Hong Kong after a competitive tender at the end of 2016. The galleries, one of which is dedicated to earth sciences and the other to palaeontology, are due to open in 2019 and 2020 respectively. We are delighted to continue our tradition of experience design for scientific educational projects in Asia, a region we have been active in since the 1980’s.
MET has had an office open in Hong Kong since 2005 and has carried out a number of other significant works in the city, including the award winning 90,000sq ft Hong Kong Wetland Park, and the T-Park Environmental Education Centre.
