In
1994 MET Studio were commissioned by Hongkong Telecom
to design an ambitious three floor marketing suite
and public access exhibition. The marketing suite
included a 100 seat auditorium for client and staff
presentations together with demonstration spaces
and conference rooms. The exhibition was the world's
first extensive use of smartcard technology in a
major public exhibition. Visitors used a tailored
card to access interactive exhibits in their own
language and at their own age level.
Exhibits from this exhibition are soon to be reinstalled
at the Hong Kong Science Museum.
